Tour Itinerary Details
Day 1: Las Vegas to Grand Canyon
You’ll get a chance to see some of the Las Vegas Strip’s most famous landmarks as you land in in fun-filled Las Vegas, NV. Your private guide will meet you curbside at the airport to transport you in comfort to Grand Canyon’s South Rim. Along the way you’ll have plenty of opportunities to stop for good food and great views wherever you’d like. When you arrive at Grand Canyon, your guide will take you to a secluded and scenic part of the South Rim for an unforgettable sunset picnic with a view. You will enjoy delicious food and drinks as the colors of the canyon change right before your eyes. You’ll end your day with a short trip to your resort accommodations, just minutes away from the park where you can rest in comfort.
Day 2: Grand Canyon to Las Vegas
Wake up to adventure with a morning helicopter flight over Grand Canyon. Your guide will transport you to the Grand Canyon Airport, mere minutes from your hotel, where you will board a touring helicopter. While you’ve already seen Grand Canyon from the rim, nothing can prepare you for the thrilling adventure of a helicopter flight over the canyon. Once on board your specially designed scenic helicopter, you will fly over the forest to a breathtaking view of the world’s largest canyon dropping out below you. Take in 180-degree views through the numerous windows and take photos of some of the canyon’s most famous red rock formations from above and the Colorado River far below. After your tour, your guide will drive you back to Las Vegas along historic Route 66 which includes stops at the quirky town of Williams, AZ in addition to other easy to miss Route 66 destinations. Your last stop is Hoover Dam, an engineering marvel in the middle of the desert which offers both great views from above and guided tours inside of the dam as well. You guide will then take you back to Las Vegas airport where you bid your guide farewell and depart for home with a convenient curbside drop off.
