Grand Canyon Travel Guide from Valle

Traveling from Valle to the Grand Canyon

Valle Arizona isn’t really much of a town, but more of a quick stop on the way to the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park. Valle does have a few amenities and unique attractions for visitors on their way to the park. The Chevron gas station and travel stop is a good place to gas up and grab some snacks on your way to the South Rim. The Planes of Fame Air Museum, opened in 1995 has over 40 planes on display many of which are flyable. Another noteworthy attraction in Valle is the Flintstones Bedrock City, a Flinstones based theme park that is definitely a piece of Americana. Visitors that stop at Bedrock Village can also enjoy a cup of coffee for 5 cents, probably the last place you can still get a cup of coffee this cheap! Read the guide below to learn more about travel from Valle to the Grand Canyon, or check out our Valle, AZ Map to see all the nearby destinations and attractions.
